Amazingly fresh pastries both sweet and savory. Lovely atmosphere. The owner is very generous and welcoming. A must visit stop in Gouda.
I would rather this place stay unknown so we could keep all the delicious fresh bread for ourselves, but such talent and taste deserve to be praised. Sam's is a family establishment serving all homemade baked goods which are a delectable mix of French and Middle Eastern options. We are crazy for their za'atar pita breads and the olive breadsticks, but their loaves of bread or filled pastries are equally delicious. We go on Saturday afternoons, so if you go then we will certainly be your competition. ;)

A very tasty and high quality bakery offering a variety of fresh pastries and bread in the center of Gouda. Moreover, the staff are welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very nice bakery in Gouda city center. Recently opened and has a very nice assortment of baguettes, sweet pastry, other bread and pizza. Only tried the pastry, this was very good. Still have to try the baguettes/bread.
